Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Lisa.

Lisa, a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor shared with us that her fitness journey initially began with sports growing up. She takes us down memory lane as she shares memories of her childhood and her travels to learn more about yoga.

Having the opportunity to have travelled to increase her knowledge of mindfulness and peace, she now takes time to help others harness her potential through movement and fitness. She encourages her clients to increase their mindfulness when exercising and in life.
