Using evidence-based EMDR treatment combined with intuition she focuses on building practical strategies to get you to your goals. You will explore your needs, values and tap into your unique strengths and gifts along the way.

She is also highly experienced in working with people and helping them move through anxiety, depression, recovery from traumatic experiences, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship issues and life transitions.
