He is also the Founder and Lead Trainer at Brick x Brick Training where he specializes in fitness training and habit change coaching, employing evidence-based methodologies to drive client success. He also strives to establish and nurture a client accountability community, fostering a supportive environment that encourages consistent progress and engagement.
