Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Ruchi Chopra.

Ruchi’s fitness journey began in high school with just runs and beach body workouts. Years later her passion for fitness started to grow and her simple gym membership turned into her falling in love with fitness and becoming certified as a personal trainer while in university.

Towards her final years in university, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in Education and went into teaching for a few years. After two years, she placed that career on hold to return to school to become a nutritionist.

Being a registered Holistic Nutritionist has helped Ruchi to see and understand things from both sides of the fitness spectrum. Being a busy mom of two, she uses all aspects of her education and experience to help busy moms regain health and energy, optimize metabolism, and achieve fat loss for the final time.

Ruchi’s goal is to help her clients become their own nutritionists and maintain a fitness lifestyle beneficial to them.
